<  Slide show music doesn't stop

The music that plays during a slide show is supposed to fade and then stop at the end of the show. For some unknown reason, it now continues on without stopping at all.

Thank you Jenni for the help. I forgot to mention that I'm on a Mac. The article makes it appear that it is a problem with PC's only.

Yes it was an issue with Windows Media Player, but could also be with a version of Quicktime running on Mac. Did you resolve the issue?
If not, please submit a Support Ticket through the Support Centre.
