Hi guys. I am about to purchase ProSelect and I am wondering (hoping) it will run OK on OSX 10.6 Snow Leopard?
Please tell me it will if not now with a very near update?
Thanks for an awesome product. |

Hi Nigel
Thanks for your positive feedback regarding ProSelect.
We haven't tested Mac OSX 10.6 as yet but don't expect any problems. If any are found after it is released, we will work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
(If you need a quicker response, then please inquire through the Support Centre Submit Ticket system as we don't often check here as this is the Community's Forum).
Cheers
Jenni

Hi Nigel
If you find any issues, please let us know through the TimeExposure Support Centre with
- a description of the issue(s)
- the steps you are taking for this to occur
- if the issue is repeatable or not
- the ProSelect version used (eg V4.0.8 ).

I installed Snow Leopard on my iMac last night, and this morning I can't get into ProSelect. It's telling me it has detected another copy running, but that's not the case. I also have ProSelect on my laptop, which I haven't yet got around to upgrading to Snow Leopard, and I CAN get into it there (no, it wasn't running when I tried to access it on the iMac).
I'm using V4.0.8.
I am submitting a ticket too, but thought I'd post this as well in case anyone else is having the same trouble.
Thanks,
Catherine |

| Disconnecting my iMac from the network and plugging it back in seems to have done the trick - all systems go. |

The TimeExposure KnowledgeBase has a new article regarding "Snow Leopard on Mac" and printing issues. Keep an eye on the article (and possibly others) as it will be updated as we have further information.
Here is the direct link:

If you find any issues with ProSelect on Snow Leopard, please submit a ticket through the Support Centre so we can check into it without delay.
PS I won't be posting anything further on this in the Community Forum.
Cheers
