Not Receiving Our Emails?
Since our recent server re-location in early December, we have found that quite a number of emails sent from our system are NOT being delivered. This has been a particular problem with Verizon, but also some other Internet Service Providers (ISP) as well. If you are a Verizon customer please this article.
You can easily check if our emails are getting though to you by using the "Recover Lost Registration Key" function (under the Support menu). At the bottom is a link which will send this information to your email address.
If you are not receiving any emails from us, then please check with your Internet Service Provider (ISP), and making sure they are ALLOWING all emails from/to timeexposure.com (e.g. add us on their "whitelist").
We hope that this issue will be resolved soon with your help in applying pressure for your ISP's to fix it!
