You can recover your lost registration and unlock keys using our Recover Lost Registration Key page in the Support Area of the TimeExposure web site and enter your keys manually into ProSelect.
The simplest way to Register ProSelect
We have simplified the registration/activation of your ProSelect software as of ProSelect v4.1 and newer, and if your computer is connected to the Internet, then in ProSelect's registration area:
- Choose the "Download from TimeExposure.com" option
- Enter your TimeExposure.com Login Email (the one that you used to purchase your license) and Password,
- Click the Register button and ProSelect does it all for you!
You can access your registration options in ProSelect by choosing Register ProSelect from the following ProSelect menus, (or in the ProSelect Registration window if it presents):
On Windows PC: In the Help menu
On Mac OSX: In the ProSelect menu
The Slow way - Retrieving Lost Keys and entering MANUALLY
If your computer is NOT connected to the Internet or you are using ProSelect v4.0.8 or older, then you will need to Retrieve your Registration Key details from your TimeExposure account and manually enter them into ProSelect. You can do this using the following steps:
- Go to the TimeExposure web site (from a computer connected to the Internet) and select Recover Lost Registration key (under Support menu).
- Your license details will be displayed (you can copy and paste directly)
- You can also select the link displayed underneath called "Send these to (your registered email address)" to have these details emailed to you.
- Then in ProSelect enter your Business name and Registration Key EXACTLY as emailed or displayed to you. (Choose the option Enter Registration Details Manually in v4.1 and newer, and you can optionally use the "Paste Key from Clipboard" button if you have copied your key from your email or the web site ready to paste).
Note:
If you have changed your email address and cannot access the old one any longer, please Submit a Support Ticket (under the Support menu) with updated details (including some means for us to verify that it's really you!).
IMPORTANT - Not Receiving Our Emails?
You may have added a Spam filter service or application which is catching our emails to you. Please make sure any emails from "@timeexposure.com" are ALLOWED to be delivered to you in your Spam filter settings or check your trash!
Alternatively is could be your ISP (Internet Service Provider) blocking our emails generated by our system such as new or lost registration details or replies to your support enquiries. If you have requested them to fix this without resolution, then the best option is for you to get another more reliable email address from another provider and use that (we suggest not AOL, Comcast or Verizon!).
