You need to be logged in a TimeExposure.com account in order to submit any support tickets other than those about your account.

Sales
Any questions related to the sale of our products (including questions directly from Vendors regarding integration of products with ProSelect). This is only available if you have a current TimeExposure.com Membership (free & private).
TimeExposure.com Membership
If you have questions or problems related to TimeExposure.com membership including changing a registered email address that you no longer have access to (also includes Community Forum membership issues).
ProSelect
Our premier Presentation, Sales & Workflow software. Personal support is only available if you have a current Upgrade, Support & Educational Program. 12 months of free access to this Program is automatically included with your initial ProSelect purchase.
WebGallery
On-line Image Display and e-commerce sales system. Only available if you have a current WebGallery Plan (including the 30 day trial). Please submit any non-technical questions to the Sales area above.
Beta testing
Report any problems when testing Beta Versions to this area. Only available if you hold a current ProSelect licence.

After submitting a Support Ticket, you will automatically be sent a confirmation email. If you don't receive this email within a few minutes, it is likely that your email service is rejecting emails from us.
